Free UK delivery

For small to medium sized items (up to to 30kg) we offer free delivery to mainland UK (excluding Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Channel Islands and Scottish Highlands), using DHL or Parcel Force.

Standard UK delivery

For large items (greater than 30kg) we use one of our preferred local partners that operate a dedicated courier service nationwide. This option provides drop off only at your location. As the items will be wrapped and loaded on a pallet prior to delivery they cannot be manoeuvred into your property and so will be left in a mutually convenient place such as a carpark, driveway or garage if access with a pallet truck is possible. If there is potential difficulty with delivery please contact a member of our team to discuss your specific delivery requirements as we would be happy to help where we can. White Glove Service

This is our premium delivery option, from our dedicated courier team. It includes delivery, unpacking, assembly, placing into position and removal of all packaging. If you would like to add this to your order, for a additional nominal cost, please contact us via email: hello@themodernrustic.co.uk or call on 01565 760224 to arrange.

Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, we work to delivery times 10-14 business days from the moment an order is placed. We currently only ship from our rural workshop to mainland UK, however, if you are further afield and would like to make a purchase, please contact us for a quote.

Delivery will be automatically calculated at checkout.

Returns

As we are a small company and we make to order, unfortunately we can’t accept cancellations or offer a full refund on any orders after 14 days of the order being placed or for items already posted/delivered. Please ensure all details are correct before placing your order, and that you are happy with size and colour.

Products available to purchase from the website can be cancelled, partially refunded or returned within the 14 day period. Requests to do so must be made in writing via email to hello@themodernrustic.co.uk. Any cancellations or returns within the 14 day period will be subject to a 20% return fee, plus the cost of delivery (if already booked and/or delivered), plus the cost of the return delivery plus any other reasonable costs accrued by The Modern Rustic. Any returns must be repacked securely, using the original protective packaging where possible, to avoid any damage in transit.

Bespoke pieces not available on the website are non-refundable.

We carefully check and wrap each piece by hand, ourselves, but in the unlikely event you receive a damaged item, please provide a detailed description in writing, with photographs and/or videos of any area(s) that are damaged, within 7 days of receipt. Provided evidence is received within the time frame, we will assess the fault and arrange to repair or replace the item as soon as reasonably possible. We cannot offer any refunds, reimbursements, discounts or compensation as a result.

We cannot offer refunds, reimbursements, discounts or compensation for orders delayed by the following: Any act of nature (such as a natural disaster, flooding, snow etc). Pandemic/War/Other Disaster. Government enforced restrictions/laws. Delivery delays (including those related to stock/material supply). Where a person would be at risk of harm.
